Timmermans Peach Cardamom Lambicus 25 cl

ABV: 4.0%

In the production of Timmermans Pêche Cardamome Lambicus, fresh, natural fruit is added to a “young lambic.” The remaining fermentation takes place once the fruit has been incorporated. This blend results in a very refreshing beer, where the sweetness of the fruit is balanced by the acidity of the lambic. The characteristic peach aroma of this beer is very pleasant on the nose, and it has a velvety taste and a creamy head. It’s meant to be drunk with a smile!

About the beer

Timmermans Fruity Lambicus are among the many successful beers from the oldest brewery in the world. In the production of these beers, fresh, natural fruits are added to a "new lambic". The remaining fermentation takes place with the fruits already incorporated. This blend results in very refreshing beers, where the sweetness of the fruit is balanced by the acidity of the lambic. Fruity Lambicus are Timmermans' response to new consumer trends in beer.

Timmermans beers are produced in Itterbeek, at the oldest lambic brewery still in operation, respecting a tradition spanning over 300 years. At their origin lies a miracle: microorganisms found in the air of the Zenne valley come into contact with the beer wort, which then ferments spontaneously. This is why a true lambic is produced only within a 15 km radius of Brussels, in the area known as Pajottenland.
