Shopping and Deliveries

Shipping is free for purchases over €70.00 delivered within Mainland Portugal.For purchases under €70.00 and/or delivery to the Azores and Madeira archipelagos, shipping costs are defined in the “Delivery Rates for Mainland Portugal, Azores, and Madeira” table.In-store pickup is possible at a cost of €3.00, and is free for purchases over €70.00.

The prices include VAT at the current legal rate of 23%.

Who handles the deliveries?

Deliveries are made by certified national and/or international carriers operating in the domestic market, such as CTT, GLS, and DPD, without prejudice to other options.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If your order is placed by 12:00 PM and the carrier is CTT, we will do our best to ensure it is delivered the next business day; if it is GLS, delivery takes place 48 hours after the order date, on business days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday after 5:00 PM. Normally, orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours in urban areas, 2 to 3 business days in more remote areas, and 7 to 12 days for Madeira / Azores (São Miguel), and 12 days for the Azores (remaining islands).

During busy periods such as Christmas, sales, or promotions, and despite our best efforts to meet delivery times, we ask for a little more time to ensure your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Where is my order?

If you wish to track the status of a recent order, please follow the link in the confirmation email and/or SMS. If it has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to ship it as quickly as possible. If you have received the shipment confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number from our logistics partner, please use the order tracking link provided in that email or SMS to access updated delivery information. Note: For orders with only one package (e.g., 1 pack of 10 bottles, 10 33cl bottles, or up to 6 75cl bottles) shipped by CTT, tracking is done via SMS only. Tracking SMS are the responsibility of the carrier and will only be sent to national mobile network contacts. In case of doubt, please talk to us.

Won't you be at home at the time of delivery?

Deliveries are made to the address you provide between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM; we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please check all the details necessary for the address to be identified correctly and to minimize the risk of failure. If you choose to pick up your order at a pickup point, simply select that option at checkout, if available.

Delivery Rules and Restrictions:

• Deliveries by our logistics partners occur from Monday to Friday.
• Deliveries are not made to PO Boxes.
• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Portugal.
• Delivery time varies according to the type of product purchased, the address, the method chosen, and the time the order is processed by the computer system. During sales and promotion periods, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.
• Due to logistical difficulties in delivering to certain remote areas or areas subject to adverse weather conditions (e.g., islands), we reserve the right to cancel the order and subject such orders to Terms and Conditions (e.g., requiring a minimum order value).
• You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in the event of difficulties in processing the order, shortly after the problem is identified.

Holidays and Warehouse Closure

Orders placed the day before a holiday may take longer to be delivered.
