About the beer

Saison, or Farmhouse Ale, is a beer style that gets its name because it was only brewed in the winter, when agricultural work on the farms was slower. So that the workers would not be left without work, they dedicated themselves to the production of these beers. These are farmhouse ales with fresh, citrusy palates and a traditionally dry, slightly bitter finish. The Dupont brewery is one of the pioneers in the production of this beer style, and to this day it is recognized for the different varieties of Saison that it markets.
