Oude Geuze Boon à l’ Ancienne (TSG – Traditional Speciality Guaranteed) is one of the finest examples of the traditional 100% spontaneously fermented lambic style and is the result of Frank Boon’s exceptional mastery in blending Lambic beers. This blend is aged for an average of 18 months in American oak barrels. It presents a fresh aroma and a subtle, balanced flavour, with fruity notes of grapefruit and apricot, nuances of wood and vanilla, and a dry, intense finish.
