The apples used come from the Pomerania region, and its fruity balance stems from a combination of more than 30 different varieties. This expressive character is the result of both the careful selection of the fruit and the Insel Brauerei production method, which includes fermentation with Prosecco yeast and subsequent bottle aging. The finish is clean, fresh, and elegant, with good natural acidity and a smooth, pleasant texture.
