Fermentage Grape Coloured Sky Grape Ale 5% 1L

ABV: 5.0%

Grape Colored Sky is not a beer. It is not a wine. It is a bit of both: it combines the character of a single-varietal Rabigato white wine from the Douro Superior with the lightness and acidity of a light Berliner Weisse, creating a fresh, dry, and citrusy drink. The elegant and delicate profile stands out for the harmony between wine and beer. The alternative for those who aren't into bruts, but enjoy toasting with flutes.

About the beer

Fermentage Grape Colored Sky is not a beer, it is not a wine, it is a bit of both! It is a unique creation that combines the character of a single-varietal Rabigato white wine, with the must sourced from the Douro Superior region, with the lightness and acidity of a Berliner Weisse. Fermented under pressure and at low temperature, using a blend of yeasts, it results in a beverage with a fresh, dry, and citrusy profile, where the essence of the wine prevails, despite its moderate alcohol content. Its delicate aroma and elegant flavor make it ideal for relaxed moments or light meals. The alternative for those who aren't into bruts, but enjoy toasting with flutes!
Tasting Notes:
Fruity and fresh aroma, with notes of Douro grapes, mango, and citrus from Mosaic hops. On the palate, it is light and juicy, with tropical fruit, white grape, and a vinous touch. Low-medium body, very mild bitterness, and a dry, refreshing finish.

Pairing suggestion:
Seafood platter, 12 raisins, and anything else that goes well with a fresh, fruity white wine.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, grape, hops, and yeast. Contains gluten.
