About the beer

Highly aromatic and malty, this Erdinger retains the DNA of its "older sister," with the benefit of being non-alcoholic and further enriched with vitamins B9 and B12, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Produced in accordance with the German Purity Law, this 100% natural beer perfectly balances the spicy notes of the malts with nuances of caramel and the stimulating bitterness of aromatic hops, finishing with a very slight fruity acidity.

Founded in 1886 in the Bavaria region by Johann Kienle, Erdinger Weissbräu began its successful journey as a producer of "weizenbier" – weizen (=wheat) bier (beer). The Brombach family was the primary driving force behind the brewery as we know it today. Mr. Franz Brombach took over the brewery in 1950, passing his legacy on to his son in 1975. To this day, Mr. Werner Brombach manages his brewery so that the tradition, quality, and notoriety associated with the Erdinger brand remain intact in the more than 70 countries where it is present.
