About the beer

Beta is the other acid related to beer bitterness. It is a Porter with the addition of cocoa from Roça Diogo Vaz in São Tomé, at 5.9% ABV. The cocoa is organically produced, just like the hops from Brighops! So, we have a beer with Nugget and Cascade hops, Ale, Munich, Melanoidin, and Chocolate malts, flaked oats and rye, and generous doses of cocoa, which resulted in a dark beer with an astonishing foam, notes of dark chocolate, and a hint of coffee. This is what makes a journey from Bragança to the equator of this planet!
