EDIT DOUBLE DOG is the Double IPA from the Italian brewery Edit Brewing, with 8% ABV and 80 IBU — the "sorella maggiore" (big sister) of the Hoppy Little Sister, according to the producer themselves. Simcoe and Citra, used in a generous dry-hop, build a vibrant profile of resin, citrus, and tropical fruit.



Despite the alcoholic intensity and high bitterness, the producer guarantees that, from the very first sip, any fear of an overly heavy beer is dispelled. Robust body, bitter and persistent finish.

Blue cheese — the bitterness of the beer cuts through the intensity and fat of the cheese, by contrast.
