Insel Baltic Gose 33 cl

ABV: 6.5%

The Baltic Gose is a very elegant beer, brewed with sea salt from the Baltic Sea and a Bière Brut yeast. Its high carbonation makes it stimulating yet very smooth, with a delicate acidity and a dry finish. It shares similarities with white wines of granitic character and is extremely refreshing. An excellent pairing for savory dishes such as seafood from our coast or cod carpaccio. Note: This style of beer was practically extinct; this is an example that was awarded a gold medal at the World Beer Awards. An exceptional beer. About the beer

The Baltic Gose is an excellent example of this historical style, a very elegant beer produced with sea salt from the Baltic Sea – where the brewery is located, on the island of Rügen. Finely seasoned, it is fermented with a Bière Brut yeast. It is well-carbonated and fruity; in fact, the mineral-maritime notes with a touch of pear and quince tickle the nose. On the palate, it is smooth, presenting a delicate acidity and a dry finish. Very pleasant, with similarities to white wines of a granitic character, and extremely refreshing. It will pair well with shellfish and Danish Blue cheese.
