Delirium Deliria is a limited edition from Brouwerij Huyghe (Delirium, Mongozo) in Melle, Belgium, brewed every year by female brewers to celebrate International Women's Day.

It is a Belgian Blond Ale with 8.5% ABV that is bottle-conditioned. Delirium Deliria features a very beautiful color, a bright light gold, and has a fine, white, creamy, and lacy head. This beer presents a slight Chardonnay aroma, along with fruity notes of green apple and floral hints, which evolve into spices and finish with a balanced hop fragrance. The taste confirms the aromas, with the presence of Chardonnay grapes, apple, and a full and intense body. It has a refined, slightly bitter finish and provides a wonderful, rounded mouthfeel with good development.

It pairs especially well with semi-hard cheeses and dried fruits, particularly walnuts.
