About the beer

CORNET is a strong Belgian Blond Ale with 8.5% ABV that is flavored with oak chips during the maturation process. This method gives it a characteristic smoothness that softens the edges of any discussion and strengthens dialogue. It is a specialty beer with an equally special mission: CORNET aims to bring people together.

CORNET's unique and exclusive production process generally takes about two months. The following steps ensure the distinctive taste of this Belgian beer:

The beer is brewed and stored in fermentation tanks for one week.
After primary fermentation, the beer undergoes a maturation process incorporating toasted oak chips.
This process provides additional aromas, mainly vanilla. The moment when the influence of the wood chips is sufficiently present in the beer always varies, as wood is a natural product that cannot be standardized.
Only through tasting can our master brewers determine the exact point at which the beer acquires its unique and characteristic flavor. This aspect is also part of the traditional brewing process.
To obtain an extra-fine bubble, CORNET then undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle for 2 weeks in a warm chamber.
CORNET is now ready to be served. All that's left is to toast to true friendship and enjoy this specialty!

Pairing: Hard and semi-hard cheeses, spicy foods such as Chili con carne, smoked foods: from meats to eel and salmon.
