HOPSMAXXING! is the result of a meeting between two of Lisbon's most creative breweries: Dois Corvos and Prizm Brewing Co. The name leaves no room for doubt — here, hop intensity is pushed to the limit. This 6.5% ABV NEIPA was built around two choice hops: Riwaka, from New Zealand, with its unmistakable citrus and tropical signature, and Tropical Fusion, which adds an extra layer of aromatic depth and complexity. The base of barley, wheat, and oats ensures the soft, silky body typical of the best New England IPAs — hazy, golden, with a firm white head. The gentle carbonation and subtle bitterness leave the palate clean and craving more. It pairs well with white fish ceviche, spiced grilled chicken, shrimp tacos, soft cheeses like brie or camembert, and tropical fruit cheesecake.
