About the beer

The EDIT BLANCHE NOISE reinterprets the Belgian Witbier with Italian ingredients, giving rise to an "Italian Blanche" from the Edit Brewing brewery in Turin, with 4.5% ABV and 20 IBU. A top-fermented ale, it appears clear and opalescent, slightly cloudy, with a dense, white, fine-bubbled head.

The aroma is dominated by tangerine peel, chamomile flowers, and black pepper, used in the boil. On the palate, it has a light, delicately velvety body, evident carbonation, and a refreshing finish with no bitterness at all.

Blanche Noise is a play on words referring to White Noise, the sound frequency characterized by the absence of periodicity in time and constant amplitude across the frequency spectrum. Its representation is on the label and is not only visible, but also tactile! Try it!

Pairing:

Grilled fish — the citrusy tangerine reinforces the freshness of the dish by complementarity.
Shellfish — the spice and carbonation create an affinity with marine flavors.
Sushi — the floral note and mild acidity cleanse the palate between pieces.
Salads and light dishes — the lightness of the beer does not compete with the ingredients.
