About the beer

Browar Stu Mostów — whose name literally means "Brewery of a Hundred Bridges" — is one of Poland's most creative breweries, based in Wrocław. It combines modern techniques with a genuine passion for brewing history and is a driving force in the Polish craft beer scene. Green Fury is a 6.2% ABV New England Spruce IPA: a slightly hazy IPA, hopped with Citra and Cryo Cashmere, and enriched with fresh spruce branches. Citra brings citrus brightness — orange, lime, grapefruit — while Cryo Cashmere adds fruity depth and smoothness. The spruce branches provide a resinous, woody note that distinguishes this beer from any conventional NEIPA. The result is a fresh beer with a medium body and a clean finish. At the table, Green Fury’s resinous and citrus profile calls for dishes that do not compete for the spotlight. Grilled chicken with fresh herbs creates a direct affinity with the beer’s herbaceous and citrus notes. White fish ceviche with lime and cilantro works through aromatic affinity — the citrus in the dish mirrors that of the Citra. A fresh cheese pizza with arugula and lemon contrasts elegantly with the spruce resin. Soft-ripened cheeses, such as brie or camembert, balance the mild bitterness and cleanse the palate. For a more relaxed pairing, nachos with guacamole and pico de gallo naturally round off the beer’s tropical profile.
