Chouffe IPA 33 cl

ABV: 9.0%

The connoisseur's Chouffe… Chouffe Houblon (which means hop in French) is an exquisite refinement of the Chouffe recipe, and is the first Belgian IPA. Added to the base fermentation, Tomahawk, Amarillo and Saaz hops provide sophisticated aromas of grapefruit, tropical fruit and a balanced bitter finish. An ideal pairing with lobster bisque, fried liver and Japanese cuisine, but it is also sought after as a culinary ingredient. Gold Medal at the World Beer Awards.

About the beer

The Brasserie d’Achouffe is a Belgian brewery located in Achouffe, in the Ardennes. It was founded in 1982 by two brothers-in-law, Pierre Gobron and Christian Bauweraerts, initially as a hobby. In 1986, they acquired the farm where they used to produce their beer, and the business became professional.
