About the beer

EDIT MIA is the gluten-free Munich Helles from the Italian brewery Edit Brewing, based in Turin. With 4.8% ABV and 18 IBU, it is a "vero pane liquido da bere" — true liquid bread. The name is a tribute to one of the goddesses of cinema.

Golden, with a moderate aroma of acacia honey, bread crust, and white flowers, the result of German hops used with discretion. The malt dominates without becoming heavy, with a soft body and a delicate final bitterness.

Pairing:

Fried snacks — the discreet bitterness and carbonation cut through the fat, by contrast.

Grilled white meats — the malty character accompanies without competing, by complement.

Mild cheeses — the sweetness of the malt creates an affinity with fresh cheeses.

Light salads — the lightness of the beer does not overpower the flavors of the dish, by cleansing.
