Mongozo Premium Pilsner is a certified organic, gluten-free beer that uses only the best ingredients in its production. There are several possible production processes to obtain a gluten-free beer, and in the case of Mongozo Premium Pilsner and Mongozo Buckwheat White, it involves removing the gluten from the beer in two steps. This innovative technique ensures the original taste of the beer. An independent laboratory verifies the presence of gluten in each batch of beer; in this case, it is less than 3 ppm of gluten and is therefore within the limits to be able to bear the “gluten-free” label.

A refined blend of barley malts and hops makes this Mongozo Premium Pilsner a very easy-drinking, refreshing beer with an elegant bitterness and a mild hop flavor.

Mongozo Premium Pilsner is certified as an organic beer. It uses certified barley malt and hops in its production, as well as organic rice certified as Fair Trade.
