It is a deep amber beer aged for 9 months in oak barrels. It is spiced, with a taste of caramel, bourbon, a light touch of almond, and pleasantly bitter. You will find notes of vanilla, in addition to a good alcoholic bouquet. It pairs well with Roast Turkey in the company of friends and family! Cheers!
