One of the top 10 craft beers in the USA. The name of this beer came about when Boulevard's master brewers arrived at what they agreed was the perfect saison (while still in the brewing process). Thus, in fermentation tank number 7, this excellent Farmhouse Ale (Saison) was born; it is very well-balanced, with fruity aromatic notes and hops reminiscent of grapefruit and spices. Highly complex, with a perfect balance of carbonation, this Boulevard Tank 7 is, according to countless chefs, one of the best beers to pair with the tastiest cuisine!
