About the beer

Corvus is the result of a collaboration between Ophiussa Brewing Company (Setúbal) and Dois Corvos (Lisbon), two breweries united by their passion for Smoothie Sours. At 5% ABV, it combines ripe guava, Alphonso mango, and creamy banana over a base of Pale Ale malt and wheat, fermented with BRY-97 and a Sour Pitch culture. The result is a dense beer with vibrant tropical acidity and a silky body, leading to a persistent, fruity finish.

Pairing: by affinity, it goes well with a mango tart; by contrast, it balances a fresh goat cheese; as a complement, it works with Greek yogurt and honey; and as a palate cleanser, its acidity refreshes after white fish ceviche.
