Deliria Pink Blond Ale is the latest limited edition from Brouwerij Huyghe (Delirium, Mongozo) in Melle, Belgium, and is brewed every year by female brewers to celebrate International Women's Day.

It is a 6.4% ABV Belgian Blond Ale that is bottle-refermented. Delirium Deliria has a beautiful color, a bright light gold, and a fine, white, creamy, and lacy head. This beer presents a slight Chardonnay aroma, along with fruity notes of green apple and floral hints, which evolve into spice and finish with a balanced hop fragrance. The flavor confirms the aromas, with the presence of Chardonnay grapes, apple, and a full, intense body. It has a fine, slightly bitter finish and provides a wonderful, rounded mouthfeel with good evolution.

It pairs especially well with semi-hard cheeses and dried fruits, particularly walnuts.
