Brighops Bilhó Brown Ale 33cl

ABV: 5.9%

Brighops Bilhó is Trás-os-Montes in liquid form. "Bilhó" is the peeled chestnut, kept as a snack after being roasted over a fire, in a ritual where not all are eaten, but all must be peeled! This beer brings that comfort of sitting by the fireplace, with aromas and flavors reminiscent of autumn! A Brown Ale that celebrates the roots and traditions of the region. Produced with organic hops from Bragança, selected malts, chestnut flour, and chestnut honey, it results in a brown-colored beer with intense aromas of nuts, florals, and toffee. On the palate, it reveals toasted malt, notes of chestnut, caramel, and honey, with a medium body and a comforting finish. Each sip pays homage to the passion for local production and pairs perfectly with all transmontana gastronomy.
