Produced by the De Koningshoeven Abbey brewery, it follows an authentic recipe using sustainable ingredients and energy. Part of the proceeds supports projects in Uganda, where the monks of the Abbey of Our Lady of Koningshoeven build and support schools and hospitals. With an aroma of malt and caramel, fresh and fruity notes, it features a dark amber color, light beige foam, a pleasant bitterness, and a sweet caramel finish. The name “Nillis” is derived from the Latin Nihil (nothing) and Nullus (none), symbolizing the 0.0% alcohol content and the connection to the Nile River, which originates in Uganda.
